Size 0 fits from birth for babies weighing 3–6 kg —for newborns through early infancy. Size 1 fits babies weighing 6–10 kg, starting at about 3 months.

Thanks to the Velcro fastener, each diaper grows with your baby within its size range and can be adjusted daily to fit the tummy and legs with millimeter precision. If in doubt, it's better to start with size 0—the first few months are when you'll be changing diapers the most.

Newborns need an average of 8–10 diaper changes per day; later on, that number decreases. The 12-pack (Size 0) will therefore last about 1–2 days, and the 8-pack (Size 1) will last a little over a day—in line with the recommended washing schedule of every 2 days.
