We therefore recommend that you take off the jewelry beforehand and store it in the box we provide.

Both body and hair shampoos contain substances that can harm your jewelry. Over time, the ingredients can cause the surface to become dull.

We therefore advise you not to wear your jewelry while showering & bathing.

If you forget to take off your jewelry, it doesn’t matter. In such a case, you can clean your jewelry under clear water and then dry it with a hair dryer.

Body lotion
Perfumes / Creams

Crèmes can leave a residue or affect the shine of jewelry, especially if delicate materials are involved. Therefore, make sure that the applied cream or lotion is completely absorbed into the skin before putting on your ring/necklace. Also, do not apply your perfume where your jewelry is. The alcohol contained in perfumes attacks jewelry.

Our experience is that normal soap is best for cleaning.

To do this, apply a little soap to your jewelry and clean it under lukewarm water.
